We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you ever have any questions, please email us anytime via email

Within 30 days of purchase, if you have proof of purchase and your item is in the same condition that you received it (unopened and unused, intact, and in its original packaging), you may request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us via email Once the information is verified, one of our customer service agents will provide return shipping instructions.

Damaged or order quality issues
Since different carriers have varying requirements, if your order is damaged, please email immediately upon receipt with a picture of the damage to the original packaging. One of our customer service agents will assist with a replacement product.

For all other order quality related issues, please call or email us right away and someone from our team will work to make it right.

Perishable food items or special orders cannot be returned. However, if something is not right, please contact email or call and someone from our team will make it ‘right’. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund Process
For pre-authorized returns only, we will notify you once received. Once the shipment is validated, we refund to the original payment method. It may take as many as 7-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
